Charis Glow+ Serum and Charis Aqua+ Serum Review

DEAR DREAMERS
Fresh new drops from Charis are here! Two new serums have been added to Charis’ growing collection of skincare products. I’ve tried their toner before and now I’ll be sharing my review and comparison of their two new serums. I’m talking about the Charis Aqua+ Serum and the Charis Glow+ Serum, these serums come in a pretty packaging and pack quite the hydrating.

No harmful ingredients

Charis Aqua+ Serum Functions
Hydrating, exfoliating, moisturizing, and soothing.

CHARIS AQUA+ KEY INGREDIENTS
Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract, Ceramide NP, and AHA.

Charis Glow+ Serum Functions
Brightening, cooling, soothing, and glowing.

Charis Glow+ Key Ingredients
Hydrolyzed Collagen, Niacinamide, Panthenol, and Xylitol.

Similarities
Both the Charis serums have a transparent appearance but they do have some difference in terms of performance. They are both non-sticky and non-greasy, they also have a fragrant smell.

Differences
Charis Aqua+ Serum
The Charis Aqua+ Serum is more liquidy and is quicker to be absorbed by my skin, it doesn’t leave a shiny finish so it’s perfect for those who are not into a dewy appearance. It leaves the skin feeling and looking highly hydrated. Although both serums feel light, I think the Charis Aqua+ Serum is perfect for hotter weather, especially if you sweat easily and have oily skin like I do.

Charis Glow+ Serum
The Charis Glow+ Serum is slightly more viscous and takes a bit longer to be absorbed by my skin, it leaves a dewy finish and a moisture barrier on the surface of my skin. It leaves my skin looking more youthful and revitalized, thanks to the dewy finish. This serum is perfect for skin that’s been feeling dull because of stress and lack of sleep.

PRICE
You can get the Charis Glow+ Serum for P780 ($15) and Charis Aqua+ Serum for P780 ($15) at my Charis shop.
