I recently did a True Beauty Makeup Tutorial and I wanted to share with you my mini reviews of the products that were used in my makeup tutorial. I received the True Beauty Makeup Kit from Holika Holika since I was recently selected as one of the Holika Holika Global Ambassadors.

My Fave Mood Eye Palette Matte Magique Daizy
Perfect for daily and natural makeup looks, the Holika Holika My Fave Mood Eye Palette Matte Magique Daizy eyeshadow palette is filled with neutral colors and two shimmery eyeshadows. I used one of the shimmery eyeshadows on the corners of my eyes to make my eyes pop.

In place of an eyeliner, I used the darkest shade of the palette (Dream All Day) I also used it for my V-line. I actually learned the term V-line from the WebToon True Beauty.

Holika Holika Jewel Light Under Eye Maker
Thanks to the Holika Holika Jewel Light Under Eye Maker, it’s easy to achieve a puppy eye look and it looks natural as well since they’re both pink. One side has a shimmery light pink color while the other side is dark pink for the contour. It easily glides onto my skin and it looks natural as well. I used a beauty blender to blend it but it might not have been necessary to do so.

Holika Holika Heart Crush Glow Tint Air 
With bright colors and a juicy finish, the Holika Holika Heart Crush Glow Tint Air is perfect for achieving lips like Jugyeong. It easily glides onto the lips and leaves the lips looking moisturized. I like how it doesn’t stain, making it easy for me to use it as a cheek tint.

I’ve used lip tints as cheek tints before and I always ended up with uneven-looking blushes which is why this time, I applied it on my hands first before using a blender to puff it on my cheeks.

I really love the packaging, the heart packaging is just too adorable.

Holika Holika Lash Correcting Mascara
The mascara has a curved applicator which makes it a whole lot easier to apply on the eyes. It doesn’t smudge and it doesn’t clump either even when I layered it on multiple times. I didn’t use an eyelash curler and the mascara was still able to lift my lashes. The mascara was able to make my eyes pop out.

Holika Holika Clean Up Eye and Lip Makeup Remover
The mascara came with the Holika Holika Clean Up Eye and Lip Makeup Remover and it made removing the mascara easier as compared to using other eye makeup remover on the Holika Holika mascara.

Holika Holika Eye Spang Glitter 
I wasn’t able to use the Holika Holika Eye Spang Glitter on my True Beauty look but I’m still wondering if I should have. It has a clear base with tiny glitters and large spangle glitters. I thought that my eye makeup lacked the shimmer that Jugyeong uses but at the same time, I thought that the makeup look I was going for didn’t use spangle glitters.
