DEAR DREAMERS

Abib Sedum Hyaluron Sunscreen Protection Tube
Features: SPF50+ PA++++, Easy-Wash Formula, and Reef-Safe.
Key Ingredients: 10 Hyaluronic Acid

Review: The Abib Sedum Hyaluron Sunscreen Protection Tube has a thick and creamy consistency yet it is easy to spread. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky or greasy but it does make it look slightly dewy. Despite the thickness and creaminess, this sunscreen doesn’t leave any whitecast at all. I love how it moisturizes my skin while looking like it’s barely there on my skin.

Price: PHP782 ($15 USD) on StyleKorean.

Abib Airy Sunstick Smoothing Bar
Features: SPF50+ PA++++, Airy Fit Texture, Water-Resistant, and Reef-Safe.
Key Ingredients: Allantoin, Ectoin & Sunflower Seed Oil, and Oil-Control Powder.

Review: Easy to spread, I really like the shape of Abib’s sunsticks and the Abib Airy Sunstick Smoothing Bar is no exception to this adoration. Compared to the Abib Quick Sunstick Protection Bar, the Abib Airy Sunstick Smoothing Bar doesn’t leave a dewy finish, I find it to be more mattifying. Compared to the other sunsticks that I tried in this post, the Abib Airy Sunstick Smoothing Bar was the only one that didn’t get my makeup transferred to it but it was also the least mattifying one.

Its shape makes it easy to apply to the curves of my face because the sunstick itself is curved. I really like how easily it glides over my skin. It doesn’t leave an oily finish and it leaves no whitecast.

Price: PHP875 ($16.80 USD) on StyleKorean.

Tocobo Cotton Soft Sun Stick
Features: SPF50+ PA++++, EWG Green Ratings, Vegan, Soft Touch Formula, and Micro-Sized Powder.
Key Ingredients: Herb AC Complex, Cotton Extract, and Anti Sebum P.

Review: I like that the Tocobo Cotton Soft Sun Stick is mattifying, getting rid of sebum and shininess from my face but if I use it on top of makeup, the makeup will end up on the sunstick. When it comes to the ease of applying the sunstick onto my face, I find that I need to be more careful in gliding the Tocobo Cotton Soft Sun Stick onto my skin to prevent it from pulling my skin. It’s not sticky at all and there is no whitecast.

Price: PHP625 ($11.99 USD) on StyleKorean.

HaruHaru Wonder Black Rice Pure Mineral Relief Daily Sunscreen
Features: SPF50+ PA++++, 100% Mineral Sunscreen, Zero Irritation, Reef-Safe, and Protection Against Daily Blue Light Exposure.

Key Ingredients: Non-Nano Zinc Oxide, Rice Bran Oil Infused with Black Rice, Heartleaf Extract, Niacinamide, and Hyaluronic Acid.

Review: Thick and creamy, the HaruHaru Wonder Black Rice Pure Mineral Relief Daily Sunscreen leaves my skin feeling highly moisturized. It’s not sticky or greasy, and it adheres really well to my skin. It does have an obvious whitecast but the sunscreen itself is fairly easy to even out. I like that it doesn’t sting my eyes when I apply the sunscreen onto my eyelid.

Price: PHP1,084 ($20.80 USD) on StyleKorean.

Mary & May Vegan Peptide Bakuchiol Sun Stick
I like that the Mary & May Vegan Peptide Bakuchiol Sun Stick is not sticky and doesn't feel greasy at all. It leaves my skin with a moisturized finish that isn't shiny.
