It took a few seconds for me to feel the effects of the Sun Mon Lab Pro Warming Up Cream. My skin doesn’t actually become hot, it was kind of warm, but I can definitely feel a hot sensation. There’s a tiny hint of minty feeling mixed with the hot sensation. When I tried using this on my hand, I noticed that the area where I applied the cream turned slightly red after a few minutes. 

My neck has been feeling stiff recently, I’m not sure if I pulled a muscle while exercising, and my neck felt really uncomfortable. I was thinking of using a hot pack on my neck but I remembered that I had this heating cream. I was finally able to sleep comfortably thanks to applying this cream to the side of my neck. 

I like that the dispenser limits how much cream you can dispense at once because you only need a little amount of the Sun Mon Lab Pro Warming Up Cream to feel its heating effect.

I also like how the Sun Mon Lab Pro Warming Up Cream smells quite fragrant.

Sun Mon Lab Pro Cool Down Gel Review
When I first tried the Sun Mon Lab Pro Cool Down Gel, I could immediately feel the cooling sensation. However, it felt even cooler when I used it right after exercising because my skin was warmer due to exercising. The cooling sensation is intensified when I'm in an airconditioned room or if the electric fan is fanning near the skin with the applied gel.

As the name suggests, the consistency is gel-like and it smells quite like menthol. I think this is perfect to use during summer, especially when you live in a tropical country like the Philippines. When the weather is hot, applying the Sun Mon Lab Pro Cool Down Gel to the nape of my neck or on my back is just so relaxing that it helps me sleep a whole lot better.

I also like to use this cool down gel to relieve me from itchiness from insect bites.
