Not as runny as I imagined it to be, the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Facial Oil feels like a combination of oil and essence to me when it comes to texture. I think this is great for those with dry skin. However, I find that people with oily skin can also use it during colder weather. The Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Facial Oil doesn't appear greasy on my skin and it doesn't appear as oily as I thought that it would be on my oily skin. If I'm just staying at home, I'd definitely use it but I wouldn't normally use it when I'll have to go out since I have oily skin and I sweat easily.
It really stays on the surface of the skin, which is why I think it's great for dry skin, so they'll have a protective barrier on the surface of their skin.
