“My lips but better” is definitely a good way to describe the Tocobo Powder Cream Lip Balm. Despite the powdery and velvety finish, this lip balm contains oils that are moisturizing on the lips. The shade that I tried was Rose Burn.

Review
I was quite surprised at the powdery sensation that the Tocobo Powder Cream Lip Balm gave off. I didn’t expect it because the lip balm looked so shiny but when I applied it on to my lips there wasn’t any oiliness at all. Because it wasn’t oily or sticky at all, it was not obvious that I was wearing a tinted lip balm. It didn’t make my lips look shiny but it did make it appear more pigmented. It looked quite natural because of the lack of shininess which lip balms usually have. 

I liked that my lips felt moisturized and soft while appearing silky after using the Tocobo Powder Cream Lip Balm. I also fell in love with the sweet and fragrant scent of the lip balm.

Recently, I have been applying the Tocobo Powder Cream Lip Balm whenever I need to shoot skincare reels. I do my skincare routine reels bare-faced so I would usually look pale and haggard, especially since I usually shoot the video when I’ve just woken up with not enough sleep. This lip balm has really helped a lot in improving the overall complexion of my face.
