2023 Must Have Serum Collection
Beauty of Joseon Glow Deep Serum
Abib Heartleaf Essence Calming Pump
Cosrx The Retinol 0.5 Oil
Jumiso All Day Pure C 5.5 Serum
Jumiso All Day VC-IP 1.0 Firming Serum
Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule

Beauty of Joseon Glow Deep Serum
Key Ingredients: Rice Bran Water 68% and Arbutin 2%.
Function: Brightening

Review: A serum that feels light on the skin, the Beauty of Joseon Glow Deep Serum is quite liquidy and flowy. It leaves my skin feeling slightly hydrated without leaving any sticky residue or oily feeling. I like how quick it is to settle on my skin. It leaves little to no dewy finish so this serum is perfect for those who prefer a matte finish. My skin did appear slightly brighter and more glowy after using this serum.

Abib Heartleaf Essence Calming Pump
Key Ingredient: Heartleaf Extract
Function: Calming

Review: Although the Abib Heartleaf Essence Calming Pump appears to be gel-like, it still feels light on my skin. It doesn’t feel oily and it doesn’t leave a sticky residue. It takes a bit of time for my skin to completely absorb the serum but I like how it leaves my skin with a dewy finish.

Cosrx The Retinol 0.5 Oil
Key Ingredients: Squalene 91%, Super Vitamin E, and Retinol 0.5%.
Function: Anti-Aging

Review: Despite being liquidy, the Cosrx The Retinol 0.5 Oil actually felt thick on my skin, it enveloped my skin with a moisture barrier that didn’t feel sticky. I like how it brightens and keeps my skin hydrated. I was also surprised that it was able to settle on my skin fairly quick despite its thickness. However, the smell was quite off putting, it’s definitely not a pleasant smell. Fortunately, the smell didn't linger. I also have mixed feelings about its finish because it appears to make my skin look slightly dewy but at the same time slightly greasy, it’s threading a fine line between dewiness and greasiness. The greasiness is understandable because it is an oil. Luckily, the slight greasiness didn't show on my skin after I layered a light cream on top of the serum.

Jumiso All Day Pure C 5.5 Serum Review
Light and liquidy, the Jumiso All Day Pure C 5.5 Serum leaves my skin with a slight hydration. I liked that this serum was not sticky and doesn’t make my skin look oily or greasy. This Vitamin C serum was quite gentle on my skin, it didn’t sting or irritate my skin at all.

Jumiso All Day VC-IP 1.0 Firming Serum Review
Thick and viscous, the Jumiso All Day VC-IP 1.0 Firming Serum thickly envelops my skin and leaves it looking slightly moisturized.  It doesn’t leave my skin with a sticky residue and it makes my skin look slightly dewy but it also makes my skin appear with a hint of oiliness.

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule Review
Feeling light on the skin and looking transparent in appearance, the Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule leaves the skin feeling moisturized. I like that it leaves the skin without any sticky residue and without any greasy or oily feeling. It’s low in viscosity, it’s rather liquidy. My skin is able to absorb it quickly.
