What's in my Skincare Travel Kit for 2022?

To be honest, I use my skincare when I travel rather than when I am at home because my skin needs it more. Traveling can be pretty stressful on the skin since your skin will be under the hot scorching sun one minute then inside an airconditioned the next minute. While this cycle repeats, your skin will probably start feeling dry.

I tried wearing makeup the last time I was in Tagaytay (read about 5 Must-Visit Places & Must-Try Activities for Kids Who Love Animals) and it didn’t go well because I easily sweat a lot. My foundation was all messed up because of the heat and sweat so this time around, I decided not to wear any makeup and just rely on my skincare.

I usually use the Keep Cool Soothe 3 in 1 Fixence Mist while we’re in the car because the air conditioner will usually be facing me and sometimes the cold air will make my skin feel dry. I liked using the tinted version of the Nacific Vegan Lip Glow to give my lips a little color. As for the Heimish Dailism Smudge Stop Mascara, I thought it was a good idea to bring this mascara with me since my glasses make my eyes really small and this mascara doesn’t need any makeup remover, I just need to use tepid water to wash it off. However, around 12 hours later, I saw some of the mascara spreading below my eyes. As for the Benton Mineral Sun Stick, I use this sunstick on my body rather than on my face.

Isn’t this pink Barenbliss bag just so cute? I’m happy that it was able to fit all my skincare products. Starting off with the wash, I chose the By Wishtrend Green Tea & Enzyme Powder Wash for my travel kit because it’s really light and because I can use it as a body wash to save space in my bag. Of course, to make sure that my skin gets a bit of exfoliation, I use the Some By Mi AHA BHA PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner to prevent pimples from popping up.

For my ampoule, I used the Ofbase Centella 101 Ampoule because it’s quick to be absorbed by my skin which saves me time. Of course, to make sure my skin gets enough moisture without clogging my pores, I used the L’Essential Triple Cream. Unfortunately, I had a pimple near my eyes which was where my eyeglasses were near. That's why I used the Cica Care Spot Patch to cover up my pimple to prevent my pimple from coming into contact with my eyeglasses.

Of course, no travel skincare kit would be complete without an emergency face mask on standby for an SOS. I used the Barenbliss Yogurt Vit+ Mask Tea Tree Calming Solution.
